Announcing New DuPage Bond Service

Intelligent serious man delivering an important document

Madden & Bergstrom Announces New Service for DuPage County Surety Bonds.

When filing a surety bond in DuPage County, in most cases the original surety bond must be submitted to the court. Other documents can be filed electronically, but not a surety bond. We understand that this puts an added burden on law firms and staff and can cause delays in filing.

To make the process easier, Madden & Bergstrom will travel to your law firm and execute the bond in your offices. No more traveling and/or waiting to receive the original, executed bond.

If you are interested in taking advantage of this service or would like to learn more, contact us: info@maddenberstrom.com.
